Know what to expect before your timer starts.
How do I start an exam?
Create a candidate account, verify your email if requested, and sign in. Open an available exam, read its instructions and select Start exam. The timer starts immediately.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, while your attempt is still active. Sign in again and resume from your dashboard. The timer does not pause, and only answers successfully saved to the server are retained.
What happens when time runs out?
Answer editing stops at the deadline. The system submits and grades the answers already saved, including when you have closed the page. Background finalization can take a little time; refresh your dashboard to check the result.
What if my connection drops?
An answer is confirmed only when you see Saved. Reconnect and retry any failed saves before the deadline. The timer keeps running while you are offline.
Can I retake an exam?
Each candidate has one attempt per exam. You can resume that attempt before it expires, but you cannot restart it after submission or expiry. Contact your exam administrator if you need assistance.
How do administrators sign in?
Administrators use the same sign-in page. Your assigned account role opens the appropriate dashboard. Registering a new account creates a candidate account, not administrator access.
